My military day's were during both the Carter and Reagan admins. Hate to have to point this out, but the problems were around even before those two. If life was that easy. The military has NEVER been accountable, NEVER. Did clinton raid the treasury? Who the hell knows? Who the hell cares? Do you think anything will come of it?
