Flagstaff is strongly Democratic but Noelle's name first came up on the Florida arrest. The Arizona Republic then "just happened" onto the Arizona arrest. It was only seven years ago. Smells like McCain's people or Karen English.

However, somewhere deep in my foggy memory I seem to recall a different Noelle Bush in Arizona. A search of the phone book reveals five Bushs but no Noelle. It would be a huge coincidence and the Bush family has not denied the arrest.
