Why are you going to convict her when the Social Security numbers don't even match?
She is innocent of all charges until PROVEN guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt in a court of law.
To: codebreaker
Not necessarily. The Flagstaff PD is as PC as they come. It is in the middle of the biggest blue area of the map. If one of them saw her name in the paper and remembered the case they would have wet their pants calling the media. Remember McCain's operatives are all over Flagstaff also. His "Rancho Grande" is down by Cornville, thirty minutes away.

They were saying she could get an adult diversion and serve no jail time if she agreed to go into treatment for an extended period of time.

Someone would have had to remember the name from 15 years ago, perhaps and old timer on the Democratic payroll-someone who is an operative.

Everybody does it. Besides, she was undoubtedly protecting the constitution. ; ]

Is it possible to switch a Social Security number, perhaps if someone has a person following them?? If grandpa is ex-President and ex-CIA chief, and Uncle is current President, and daddy is governor, you might have an easier time of it.
To: AshleyMontagu
Might even have to face the criminal justice system
Have you heard where she is trying to get around it? I haven't.

To: AshleyMontagu
So you are saying they changed the Social Security number to prevent anyone from finding out about a supposedly secret diversion agreement with the Arizona police.
Seems like a lot of trouble for something that was supposed to be hush hush public records wise.

I don't think it is necessary to get kinky here.

My post was directed not at her but at all of her apologists here, who do seem to think she is some sort of victim. Wouldn't you agree that that is the general tone of many here?

Good point, Noelle has done nothing so far other than comply with the authorities.
To: AshleyMontagu
What has Noelle done that you can prove outside of being addicted to sleeping pills?
To: codebreaker
Why is there doubt that this is the same woman?
If she was busted, booked and convicted in AZ, wasn't she fingerprinted?
Were no mug shots taken?
I'm highly suspicious when available facts are not made available.

The prior offense is (admissable) available to the probation officers. This is used in determining the stringency of probation, if any is given, and follows a conviction or plea of guilt.

Flagstaff is strongly Democratic but Noelle's name first came up on the Florida arrest. The Arizona Republic then "just happened" onto the Arizona arrest. It was only seven years ago. Smells like McCain's people or Karen English.
However, somewhere deep in my foggy memory I seem to recall a different Noelle Bush in Arizona. A search of the phone book reveals five Bushs but no Noelle. It would be a huge coincidence and the Bush family has not denied the arrest.

I'm saying it would be easy for her to get her SS# changed, for any reason. Also, it is a myth that juvenille court records just disappear when one turns 18. We've all read about street thugs who are now adults but who have juvenille rap sheets a mile long.
To: SlickWillard
What is a "juvenile" in Florida if a 13 year old is tried as an adult? Wouldn't they go by Florida's definition of a juvenile?

The conventional wisdom is from what I can tell that she must have been issued a new Social Security number down the line somewhere.
