Alexander Derbes is the first one on the left.  Looks like a liberal geek.

Do you have a link to the story?

No,but it's sure to be in the archives of WND and other web pages.

I believe the kid's name is also "George Bush,"

Me,too. They seemed to have been gromming him as "The Mexican George Bush". It is a THEORY of mine the spot they were grooming him for was a future president of the "North American Union". After all, ruling is the family bidnez, and he has the correct shade of brown skin to win the majority voting block 20 years from now. This seems to have quieted down some since the stalking story broke. He's still young though, and there is plenty of time to ressurect him if he proves he has learned his lessons.

Jeb Bush's performance as a father could have very little to do with a child making the wrong decision and getting involved with drugs. Parents are not the biggest influence that our children encounter as they age. Besides, it is the Bush family's problem to deal with and has nothing whatsoever to do with Jeb's ability as Governor. Unfortunately, it is not a perfect world.

Evidently, you have not had such a problem to deal with. I am happy for you. It can be pure hell.

" If it is a juvenile record, would it even apply as a prior offense?"

1) She was 18 years old at the time of the Arizona offense.

2) At issue now is not so much whether she had the prior offense, as whether she lied about it.

"Who would steal underwear from JC Penny?"

Only a guess, as I have no prior experience with this and am certainly no expert (whew!). A fetishist might -- or someone with no interest at all in the item taken, just in the thrill of the act itself.

Verde Valley School (yep, the address matches) looks like a pricey private high school for the kids of affluent hippies. IOW, drugs are probably part of the "student culture." This may have been where NB started using drugs.

"ASH you still hanging around? You have been run off FR more than anyone except esquire." I expect an apology, on the thread. I have never been banned or suspended from FR. Never. I have no idea who you are or why you would say this lie.

Lets clear this one up. JC Penney has GREAT womens underwear. I would love to have a gift certificate to their underwear department.

SHEESH. You guys think JC Penney is like the Army/Navy store? If you have wives or girlfriends, ask them.
