ISLAMABAD, July 12: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited is establishing two National Access Points (NAP) in Karachi and Islamabad to block Internet telephony and pornographic websites. Informed sources said that the NAP was being installed to monitor exiting circuits, traffic analysis and effective utilization of the Internet bandwidth.
