I actually went outside myself and tried to be as nice as possible. I really went out of character for this one.
It was tough but I tried my best.
I wish we could elect someone who would make Dubya look like Ted Kennedy by comparison but I voted for Bush because no such candidate as I really wanted was available. People tend to forget that as disgusting as the Democrats generallly are many of the worst pieces of legislation in recent history were given us by the Republicans. The only President in my lifetime to use wage and price controls was Republican and he had some ideas that would have pleased any totalitarian dictator you could name. I go to sleep at night and try to dream of an America governed by the original constitution because I know that I will never see it for real.
