I'm sorry but if you want a FL driver's license, and FL law enforcement requires a full face photo from every driver in the state, then either give the photo or take a cab. Because if you don't have to give your photo to law enforcement, then, I shouldn't have to give my photo to law enforcement.

If these women are such devout Muslims, then they should NOT have a driver's liscence, nor leave their houses without an aduly, male, family member. Isn't that what the REALLY devout Muslim say ? And what's with having a job ? We all know, now, that Muslim women shouldn't be allowed to work.

If Saudi Arabia demands that OUR women, who are serving in the military ( and saving their sorry butts ) have to oney theri laws and dress codes, then te same applies for those who live here! At least here, unlike in many Muslim countries, there is FREEDOM to practice their religion.

That headcovering appears so bulky that it might dangerously hinder the driver's peripheral vision, so that woman shouldn't be driving anyway. Besides, possessing a driver's license is a privilege, not a civil right. She should just walk, ride a bike, get a ride, or use public transportation. (or emigrate)

Here's the salient point, and why she should lose this case beyond any shadow of a doubt: Driving is NOT a right. Not ANYWHERE in this nation is it a RIGHT. It is and always has been a PRIVILEGE and as such can be regulated in any way deemed necessary.

Illinois license requirements If you don't have SSN , 1) then show ID picture, 2) get temporary license, then get SSN, 3) then eligible to apply for regular license, 4) then show ID picture, 5) take tests, 6) take photograph (unspecific), 7) license granted. #1 #4
