The article is good except for the fact that the writer apparently believes the U.S derives its rights froom the UN Charter. The U.N. Charter was not in existence until when, 1950? From what then did the U.S obtain its sovereignity in all those years until 1950? Methinks a closer reading of the Declaration of Independence is in order. It's clear therein, that we do not derive our rights from any form of government, nor from any man at all. The fact that the U.N sanctions or allows for some kinds of actions but not others is nice but merely convienient for the United States -- after all, membership in the U.N is strictly optional, and we may renounce it at any time...our sovereignity does not derive, depend upon, or is in any way authorized by those muck-brained America-haters.
