My unified field conspiracy theory is as follows. Foster and Hillary were under surveillance for espionage. We know that while at the Rose law firm Madame La Farge under the tutelage of Jackson Stephens (BCCI banker) was involved with the companies exporting components of WMD to Iraq...such as from the Barboutis cyanide plant in Boca Raton.
