Then I guess the next question would be "Did he Sell it?", and if so, WHEN?

FWIW, I don't know how to verify the date, but:

I just read a thread on lucianne.com in which one of the posters said that Bush #41 kept his stock for only about a year and then sold it.And that he had no way of knowing that the stock had reached or was about to reach it's high.
