5 years ago Croatian secret service obtained video of the same kind made in Bosnia and used to recruit fanatics in Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Algiers and elsewhere. The video was shown to the NATO forces in Bosnia and given to the prosecutors of the Hague tribunal. Nothing happened, Bin Laden allies continued to operate in impunity. One of the men on the video was seen recently as guest of OBL in video shown December 13 2001.

Yes, nothing happened, because Muslim fanatics were "good guys" and Serbs were "evil doers". Serbs were bombed to stone age because they "murdered innocent peaceful muslims". U.S. media was full of stories of "serbian genocide of muslims", at the same time U.S. tax money went to prop up Izetbegovic regime who was sheltered OBL network.

ROI came September 11. If OBL network was not groomed in Bosnia, 911 maybe would not happen.
