... it exceeds the requirements of the Texas "Potty Parity" law.

I didn't know Texas had such a law. I've heard of proposals like it in other states, but I never thought they would be taken seriously.

Can anyone give me more info on this law? What kind of buildings does it cover? What is the required ratio? Are there any exceptions to this law (i.e. gentlemen's clubs, private businesses, etc.)?

Texas law says 2:1 ratio.

It's just feminist male-bashing to define # of restrooms "spots" for women as a ratio to those for men.

If they want X # of stalls for every Y # of women, let them toss that out. But legislated inequity is no better that legislated equity.

I'd say an infinite number of times worse.
