Mr Waxman had better not dig too far. This India project is the one the was the hook for the Clinton Crime Syndicate to secure payoff money to the DNC. Yes, Mr. Waxman's letter indicates that the plant went online in 2001; it takes three to four years to build a plant -- hence it was built & financed during the Clinton years.

First they complained because Cheney might have helped Enron,then they complain because he did nothing to help Enron. Now they want info that proves Cheney did his job so they can complain some more.
