The people at that meeting gave the DEQ members an education about the fact that with soil in the watershed that has many times the normal phosphate loading, that their goals to reduce phosphates will never work even if all humans leave.Check out the thread "A Proposal To Boost Klamath Agriculture" for a way for a lot of farms to get help.Ed Hubel.
