Here is some news you never see in the press.

Sharin Austin, age 19, of Atlantic City died Tuesday at the Atlantic City Medical Center following an abortion performed on Saturday at the Alternatives abortion clinic on Pacific Avenue in Atlantic City.

Peter Marsico, a local sidewalk counselor, spoke to her father, Rodrick Mazyck, Sr. of Mays Landing confirming the tragedy.

Surviving her are a son, her mother, father, and four brothers and a sister.

Services will be held at Noon on Wednesday, October 31st, 2001 in the Greenridge Funeral Home, 301 Absecon Blvd., Atlantic City, where friends may call from 10AM. Burial will be in Greenwoood Cemetery, Pleasantville.

Prolifers may wish to send flowers, condolences or attend the funeral.

That is awful. I cannot for the life of me understand why it is possible for a baby killer to get away without providing full discloure and obtaining informed consent, but a surgeon working on an ingrown toenail cannot.
