Five black men in a pickup truck, ran down and killed a white man in Pineland, Texas, Sunday the 20th of January. The county sheriff, Billy Rowles, was quick to declare that the murder was not racially motivated. A dispute over gasoline money had caused the altercation that led to the victim being beaten and run over. Murder charges have been filed against one man, Blake Little of Jasper, Texas.
