Well! if Michael Bartlett is anything like his dad, he's a good man, Roscoe Bartlett is my Congressman here in Frederick County Maryland, and it's hard to find a Republican in this liberal infested State, 10 years ago I moved to Frederick County because I refused to give Montgomery County another dime in Preperty tax.
If I didn't own a business in Montgomery County for the last 26 years, I would have left the state all together. Roscoe Bartlett is a good man though and I am glad he's my Congressman, he even attends the same church as my Wife and I. I have talked with him a few times and he seems very down to earth.
