Re cookbook: nah, you've got my entire repertoire of two recipes already (turkey and stuffing, salad dressing). I still don't know how to keep my poached eggs from sticking to the bottom of the pan, besides turning the pan back and forth after putting the eggs in, which doesn't always work.
