I frequently add the Kentucky case talking about sodomy and carrots to my memoranda.I sat on a Court Martial panel where that was the charge. Come to think of it, the only panel I sat on and all of the people I preferred charges against had some sort of bizarre twist to them.

i guess it would be difficult, because you can fabricate at the trial level, but at the appellate level you are restricted to what is already in the record. i have seen guys talking out their butts, get their butts handed to them by the appellate judges. then there are the ones who are asleep and have no idea what you are talking about or why.

XS - the reason I found out today I hadn't gotten it was because I did call. There were two interviewers a man and a woman. I was her number one choice but because the person would be working with more of his stuff (town treasurer) he had more say in the decision.
I'm going to wait until I get the letter, which should be thursday, she told me they would be mailed tomorrow. there was some vague reference to "child-care" situation that she attributed to him.
