5. To cast off; to disavow; to have nothing to do with; to renounce; to reject.

well that is what i said, but i had to put in a buncha cites to cases that stood for the proposition that their argument was crap and i had to put some footnotes in, to make it look more thorough, but yes, it can be synopsized by saying the appellant's arguments are a pile of crap....

While the rest of us WORK Uhhhhhhhhhhhh,,,,,,,,,,,,,...............have you taken a look at her nick, lately???? It is an indication that she works 28 hours per day, 8 days per week. As do I.
Speaking of work, I didn't get that job. Not exactly sure why, though.
