I believe we have a different definition of the gift of tongues.
Mine is Biblical.
When the Bible refers to the Holy Spirit speaking through a person in "Tongues" it ALWAYS refers to an miraculous ability to preach the Gospel in a common language which was not previously known to the preacher.
It does not refer to babble from Babylon.
The Word says to be bold and strong and to banish fear and doubt, so dont ever be afraid...besides....my "soul" is my mind my will and my emotions....why would you fear for them...:o)
