Does this mean you think God has more than one plan? You're the first person I've ever met who was willing to argue for the idea that God could have a multitude of plans.

I believe in predestination....it seems to me that if we all actually had free will that it would be useless for God to have a plan, because He would be hostage to the whims of sinful man

Doesn't God's power make you wonder why He can't fulfill his plan even if he has to use a different agent?

Yea in fact I would think it would mean He is not God, man is :>) How many different plans must He have to accomplish HIS plan .....cause if God plans that my neighbor to be converted and become a missionary .God plans that I am to bring him a bible to that end..but I spend my money on a pizza instead....ok so now God needs to replace the money..so now He has a backup plan to ask my mom to bring me money..but she says no so then he has to have someone bring me a Bible, but I really like it and decide to keep it..(you get the picture..the world would spin out of control..and God would not be God!)

(That's what he intended to do with Moses when the children of Israel rebelled. He was going to start the same plan over from the lineage of Moses. But it was the same plan.)

Or was his plan that Moses would intercede for the people? Don't you think that prayer is part of God's plan?

His plan is what the Bible reveals that plan to be....and our Bible is God's inspired Word.
