What do you mean by "how many plans?" How many plans do you believe in?

God is the King (sovereign) of my Life. Therefore, I believe in His sovereignty.

I believe "those he foreknew he predestined." Therefore, I believe in the predestination of those he foreknew. In orther words, there is some group that he knew ahead of time that he then decided to ensure their eventual conforming to him. (This probably means something like: He looked down through time and saw those who would freely believe (foreknew them) and then, by and at creation, he predestined that group of free will believers to be with Him .)

So as God viewed all of time ..It was necessary for Him to keep changing His Perfect plans because some of the people refused to follow through on them ??

For instance....God planned for Mary ,a desendant of David ,to carry Jesus and be His mother. But if she said no He had a "backup" plan is that correct?
