Hello Inspector. Jorge W. Bush is a liar either way now. He said he would veto it. Now, he's stated that he's going to sign it. Let's say by some miracle he vetoed it. Then, he already stated today that he would sign it, then he would have lied again and vetoed it. He'll sign, and still be read my lips II.
