Well...uh...yeah, you could look at it like that. Nothing boosts one's immunity like exposure to a nice new disease (assuming you get over it). Head to the communicable disease ward of any major hospital and lay a liplock on everyone there, and pretty soon you'll be the healthiest person in town...if you don't die first. And, of course, there's a few such gifts that just keep on giving - herpes, for example. I'm thinking this may not be the best medical advice going...

I agree - I think the whole context of this article is ludicrous. Kissing would be better described as something you can get away with with someone you know to be free of disease, but by itself it is far more of a health risk than a benefit.
