I'm having the same problem today. Maybe the servers are busy or down. Try holding the mouse button down while the mouse is over the image; then select "open image" from the pull-down menu.

Ah! Now I can see all the images except the first one for some reason and the "show picture" thingie doesn't work. Oh well.
