Yup,but this will follow some months of careful monitering to see who you are meeting with and where you are going. Some people will even be surprised to be called in to ask "Why were you in the Home Depot parking lot on 2PM 5 April 2004?",and charged with conspiracy if they don't have good answers.

BTW,those of you who think they can beat this system and not pay taxes by barter or trade,ain't gonna happen. EVERY purchase you make will be scanned and entered into a database,and EVERY purchase will be taxed and paid at the point of purchase. Large purchases of items like building supplies will require a building permit before purchase,and you WILL be required to keep a list of all employees who worked on the structure the permit was for.

When they shut down the ability to use cash (and they WILL),they shut down freedom.
