Excellent analysis here and great post which illuminates the need to reverse course on the ill-conceived Bush unilateral nuclear disarmament measures which if fully implemented will have the effect of eliminating the nuclear superpower status of the United States entirely and make the Russian Federation and its Communist Chinese ally the new dominant global superpower to which we will all have to pay deference.
