If the smoking of crack is viewed by the majority as a violation of other's rights, it then can CONSTITUTIONALLY become a LAW. Why the hell should 50,000 people a day be taking crackheads to civil court?

With all due respect, I'm going to stop posting to you. It is serving no useful purpose. Your logic is becoming so tortured, I can no longer respond. I realize when I have hit the proverbial brick wall.
