Government sponsored speech should not be biased against religion either. Currently only an atheist is free to express his beliefs at a high school graduation ceremony. A religious person is censored.
Actually, that's not true. Were an atheist to espouse religious (non)beliefs at a high school graduation ceremony, those who believe government should not be promoting religion would object vigorously. It would be as inappropriate as a prayer to Satan.
