Bush passed a $28B Education bill.
Not only was that more than 10% of the defense budget,
but it was ILLEGAL.
FedGov has no Constitutional authority to pass that bill.
But because this is a nation run by elites
neither you nor I have the ability
to challenge that bill in court.

to restore the Grand Jury system,
we could challange un-Constitutional laws.
