I think it was mst2000 in early 90s when I sawit, then it went mst3k and changed the host of it. I think. I could be wrong. That would be twice today :)

Ok - little history lesson (it's one of my tope 5 fav shows of all time; I have over 100 shows on tape). MST3K started out on a local UHF station in Minneapolis. After 1 year, it was picked up by The Comedy Channel, where it was on for the majority of its run, until it went to the Sci-Fi channel for the last year or so. The original host was creator Joel Hodgson. He left in the middle of the run for Hollywood, so head writer Mike Nelson took over. The show has always been shot in Minneapolis, as the creators and writers did not want to live in California.
