Loral, the US satellite company, said it would pay $14m to the US State Department RJC: This is worse than nothing. This fine is paid by the company, which means the stockholders. Meanwhile, the CEO and the criminals associated with this pay nothing.
$14 m. over 7 years is most definitely diddly squat. It makes me wonder if this is one of those companies that get large gov. grants and huge defense contracts. I would imagine so. What does anyone want to bet that they will have an increase approved that far exceeds $14 million?

Every time China publishes a threat to nuke an American city (which has been several times in the last few years) people should think of Clinton, Ron Brown, Loral et al. While the aims of the PRC haven't changed, they still want to swallow up Taiwan and their military doctrine states that war with the U.S. is inevitable and sooner is better than later, their offensive military capabilities increase dramatically every passing day.
