By the way, have you ever given any thought as to WHY treason is a crime only under the Constitution? Why there is no crime of treason in common Law? Or why the Framers where so exact, and crystal clear defining the act, and crime, of treason?
What do you think they where doing as they drafted that very Constitution?
They where committing treason.
