Thanks for the summary tables. I wonder how the top executives (Lay, et. al) contributed as individuals, if at all.

"Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) $38,000"
Sheila The Socialist ... is the Democrat-Enron high-roller in the House of Representatives. Let's see her give it up.
To: Freedom'sWorthIt
A bailout for Enron would have cost the Enron Execs a fortune, and was probably the last thing they wanted. Protection from a RICO charge is what I would be begging for.

So all the hot air of yesterday, about how G. W. received over a half-million dollars from Enron, is not true? It seems from the table; yes; no?

this table only includes donations to members of congress--how convenient for the bu$h apologists.
The point, which apparently overshot you, is that Enron doesn't contribute just to Republicans. Nothing more. Got it?

Clinton, et. al. propped up ENRON and got them business (for payments, of course) while in office. Doesn't look like the Bush Administration was willing to do the same, does it?
To: Freedom'sWorthIt
Where is the $100,000 given to the DNC by Enron in November??????Not to worry, the soft money contributions are on the CFRP web site, use the link at the top of this thread, just under the headline for this article.

James M. Jeffords (I-Vt) $2,500 LOL!
To: Miss Interpretate
did you join today to just be a disruptor? You must have just come from demonRAT underground.
To: Miss Interpretate
nice try. clinton might have met with lay once or twice, or played golf with them--but it's nothing compared to the bush white house, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of enron. You conveniently neglected to mention that Enron was seeking support from Clinton in connection with a project involving a multi-billion dollar power plant in India. I wouldn't exactly characterize that as "nothing".
To: Miss Interpretate
The idea that democrats are equally culpableConventional Rat logic, you twerp. The numbers do not lie.
