Are you sure this wasn't a 6 foot fellow in a winter fur coat made to jump over a rail to save his life and get away from your wife? That jumping with arms up could look like 7-8 feet tall. Especially in the panick of getting out of the way of your wife's car.

Thanks for everyone's feedback I will be busy trying to submit information and yes the usual humor never dies on freerepublic and no I never go to salon.com. At 70 miles an hour even they would know if it were Al Gore. This is my story and I'm sticking to it. I trust their sighting experience as real.
