Right after 9/11, one of the arguments presented by Arabs, was that no Arab could've pulled off such an operation, because Arabs can't keep to a schedule. No, I am not making that up. So, similarly, no Arab could've managed to buy 50 tons of weapons from Iran, they can't sail ships.
