I am not sure I would believe this report. The ship's captain was interviewed in public as claiming to work for the Arabs in Palestine. The US just issued a report claiming to accept the Israeli evidence. There was another report claiming the US had tracked the ship from off the coast of Iran. And now Arafat is promising to punish those responsible.
