I was only trying to correct the record.Somehow the patriot thing got stuck on it in the house. By the time it got to the Senate the bills name was changed to: The USA Act of 2001.(HR2975) Many thought the name, Patiot Act, was too self serving and not very professional. However, the media liked it and so it lives on.

I appreciate you correcting me.

I honestly thought the horrible thing was called the "Patriot Act", which to me was really nauseating. It's a minor relief to find it has a generic name.
