Let me respectfully disagree. Bush is above average in intelligence, but he is not brilliant. Clinton proved that you could be brilliant, but if you have no clear vision, no character, and are amoral ----- you will be a terrible president. What Bush has, IMHO, is the ability to extract the best out of those around him. He does that by being genuine and sincere. He has management skills. He knows that the people around him will give it their all because they can trust him and they will always be treated fairly and with respect. He is the best kind of person for the job.
