Doug , I have never met you , and indeed this is my 1st reply to you ever . I saw you on the tele for the 1st time . I know you have a background in the media . I saw the sincerety in you'r eyes . I heard the sincerety in you'r voice . I have alway's voted Republican , good or bad . Frankly , I think you may have stumped my President for a pico second there -) ! I take you'r word hand's down . Thanks, but I really don't have a media background. After college I taught in public school for five years. I've been a licensed real estate broker for 25 years specializing in creative real estate and consulting. I taught real estate law, economics, finance, and practice at the college level for 10 years. For a short time, I had a real estate radio show in which I attempted to solve callers' problems on the air. The evil Bill Press actually had me in studio once for a real estate show when he was on KFI in Los Angeles. I've probably made about 2,000 calls to talk shows and have been a guest on several shows. And, I've done a considerable amount of automotive writing.
