Politicians compromise honest principles. ...Why do you think it's often phrased as voting for the lesser of two "evils". Don't be surprised when voters compromise their honest principles by voting for the bad guy that's bad, but just not as bad as the other guy. And you think your political savvy is going to save somebody's butt other than the parasitical elite gunning for office? Get real! Two steps forward, on step back and on and on it cycles.
