I have never been able to figure out the disconnect that occurs when people are banned. I think Jim is tolerant to an extreme. The people that are banned are usually chronic trouble makers with absolutely no social skills, they are without a clue as to how to keep lively debate in the bounds of decency or politeness. How many are really as combatative in person as they are with their hands on their poison keyboard? Don't get me wrong, lively debate is good for the forum, we don't want a bunch of mind-numbed robots that are in complete agreement all the time. But some of the posts are so far out there, that some of us have wondered if someone might be posting from a hospital somewhere. But I digress.

Frankly I'm tired of all the whining and attempts to cast dispersions on his character.
Jim, keep doing what you're doing.
For any that know me, I am normally polite and not so forward, but I vowed to be more assertive this year.
