This thread is but another reminder of just how far a once great forum on the cutting-edge of the fight for freedom has fallen. Michael Rivero was a valuable asset in that fight. You of the mindless mob are nothing but liabilities.

Michael Rivero once posted that I and another FReeper were literally conspiring by each posting an AP article about Pat Buchanan....he made a total vanity post about it and accused us of all sorts of nonsense - like we were 'behind the scenes' and that we 'planned' the threads. I don't remember if he 'named' us or not but I and the other person were the only people who posted the type of article he was 'talking' about! And....I like Pat!

Some of his posts were err, interesting but I certainly hope you didn't take them all seriously. And people who would lie and/or make up stories about conspiracys are not "valuable assets". He went WAY over the line after September 11th.

Well, whether he did or not is not possible for me to judge for myself, as all his posts have been nuked.

I know this, though: Rivero was dead right about Waco, OKC, TWA 800, etc. He was an asset in the fight to expose the evils done by the federal government under Clinton.

I for one do not believe that the capacity of the federal government to do wicked things and lie about them, to manipulate the populous with dramatic events, and to play sick politics with the lives of innocents has diminished one wit under Bush. As such, we must remain ever vigilent. We still need Riveros to probe and ask the hard questions, even if they sometimes come up with answers we can't fully endorse of agree with. Maybe we need them now more than ever because of the tendency -- just like Democrats were with Clinton -- for Republicans to be anesthetized and oblivious to what evils are done when their own are in charge.
