I agree that Rush sounded strong and upbeat. This implant is not a trifle, many people do not respond well to it, and some say they feel they're going insane, because what they now hear sounds nothing like normal hearing. Rush is pretty amazing.

I wouldn't wish a cochlear implant on my worst enemy. Say a prayer for old Rushbo, he is responsible for millions of liberal conversions.

Thank you for the reply, and yes, prayers on the way as they have been since this first came out.

I was really afraid that Rush's voice was damaged from the medication and the fact that he can't control it as he used to. However, today's show proved that his voice is back and he IS controlling it even now!

He did say that there are advantages to being deaf, so with his attitude, I am sure that whatever the outcome, his strength and faith will see him thru!

Speaking again of prayers ... with all his listeners, and Art Bell's call to prayer for Rush several weeks ago, those prayers will count for much!
