Each House may determine the Rules of its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.

What does that have to do with my question?

That's how are congress criters need to be taken care of.

Now, as far as should the president follow an unconstitutional law? Of course not, and at that point he will have to face the House and Senate impeachment process. Then it is our responsibility to hammer our way through to the congress criters and tell them whether or not to impeach.

Now of course we are so far down this path, the only way I see this getting better is dusting of the Declaration of Independance, but thats a personal opinion.
