Welfare.... only if the couple splits. Other cultures don't seem to get divorces as easily as 'we' do. They stick together and keep having kids. If 'whites' would stick it out, enjoy their tax breaks and their kids, perhaps the white race wouldn't be on the decline. (sans massive welfare)
