The Clinton legacy has, IMO totally exhonorated Nixon. If Nixon was bad, evil, etc, then Clinton was 1000 times worse. There was not one thing that Nixon did that Clinton didn't do worse and in greater severity. There were many things that Clinton did (rape) which Nixon did not do. And for all the Nixon bashing, at least Nixon had the good sense to resign the Presidency and not turn the country into an endless battle to save his own skin.

Wesrchester has the country's oldest and best known, pet cemetary, the Hartsdale pet Cemetary....people have been burying their pets there for years..some of the headstones are really elaborate..soem very famous pet owners....I think the palce has a website if anyone's interested....We've buried two dogs on our property...where they liked to run..most pet owners here do that..put you have to dig deep and cover the site with stones, like a small cairn, cause we have coyotes and foxes, and they'll dig it up otherwise...So I guess Buddy will be buried at Hartsdale Pet Cemetary, and we'll see stories for the next week weeks about people bringing the Clintons replacement pets.....can I suggest a python and a fw tarantulas....

BTW..suggestions can be appended here for Buddy's tombstone...

You're absolutely right. I just heard of this tragedy on another thread and my first thought was "Arkancide as revenge for tripping Willie in front of the news cameras". It's been nearly a year, so Willie probably thought we had all forgotten the tripping incident.

I also suspected that Shillary or Chesley may have had a motive since the rumor circulated that Buddy was considering writing his own tale of how he narrowly escaped death on 9/11 by stopping to pee in Central Park instead of taking up his usual post on the subway platform of the WTC,lying there licking his butt. The release of that story could have driven the "Great Narrow Escape" story to page 16.
