Can you read?

Yes, I can. And I included your quotation for reference -- was there something in your last response to me that I left out? Tell me something, if Christ were to save those pagan idol worshipers from damnation, would they not be saved through Christ? What I am saying is that, no matter how much you wish you could be God, you are not. And I am not either. And neither of us knows how God deals with people who, through no fault of their own, are ignorant of the historical person of Christ and the Gospel message. I happen to trust God to be merciful and just, and whatever he chooses to do, I know is perfectly just and merciful. You should learn to trust God instead of feeling like it's your duty to decide who goes to Hell.

Your reading comprehension of the Bible is suspect. You insist on claiming that I am somehow sitting in God's seat merely by saying what He has already said! That makes no sense at all!

Jesus has already told us what happens to not only ALL unbelievers, but those who claim that they know Him when they do not. Yet you feel that this is unfair through this "no fault of their own" stance.

Malarkey!

If I started to rap to you about predestination and election, your head would start spinning!

God is God. What He says stands, regardless of man's reasoning.

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

The bible teaches us that those who truly seek him WILL FIND HIM. It also tells us in Roms. 1:20 That man is without excuse. So I feel it's pretty clear, it has to be, because He tells us in 1 John 5:13 that we can know for sure we are saved. Now the judgement of unbelievers does rest in God's hands, but we can make judgements about peoples beliefs being according to the bible or not.

You know, I look at it as, if God had given any kind of indication to us humans that he was going to cut us some slack in different areas, we would have taken unheard of advantage of him and pushed to the limit, we pretty much do that now, right. So he had to be very strict as a parent who disciplines a child sets guidlines but doesn't tell the kid he will give him some leeway.

So yes the final judgemet is God's, but he left us enough information in his Word to know exactly where he wants us to be in or beliefs, service and worship of Him.
