I realize that you may be saying this sarcastically, but having dozens of babies has been rejected among most citizens of non Third World countries. The reason may be partially due to high divorce rates, but no doubt much of the explanation rests on Western cultural norms and the awareness of the consequences of having too many children. This is the norm among all 2nd and 3rd generation immigrants to the West, independent of race.
In other words, having 20 babies is typically not part of our culture.
